Order status
Submitting checkout information creates a WHATSAPP_PENDING order. It is not final until SHAZAR confirms stock, delivery, payment details, and status through WhatsApp.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in IQD unless stated otherwise. The server revalidates product price, selected variant, inventory, discounts, and shipping rules when the order is created.
International orders
Carrier charges, delivery times, duties, and customs requirements are confirmed separately. The customer is responsible for information and charges agreed during confirmation.
Business details
SHAZAR’s registered business identity, governing law, customer-service contact, and dispute terms must be inserted and reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
